Complaints

Customer shall return a faulty product within reasonable time after having detected the fault – latest 2 years after invoice date. The return freight cost will be paid afterwards to the sender by Car Flagpole Co .

Repurchase/Return

Return freight cost is paid by the customer.

Businesses

Corporate customers repurchases are approved for goods in original and sealed boxes within ten days from the invoice date.

Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdrawal within 14 days. Products shall be sent back to Car Flagpole Co in pristine shape, unused and with all components intact, and packed in the original wrapping.
